We accept returns only if the product is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 20 days of delivery to initiate a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or if you change your mind after purchase.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at whitenotapparel@gmail.com within 20 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the defect or error, and photos if applicable.
Return Approval: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
Return the Item: Ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging. Ship the item back to us using the provided return shipping label.

Refund Process:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
